Terms & Conditions

A deposit is required for all bookings with myself.

This amount will be deducted from your final payment that will need to be paid on the day of your session via cash, bank transfer or PayPal.

Weddings

I require £100 booking deposit to secure your date.

This will be deducted from your total amount which needs to be paid in full at least 10 weeks prior to your selected date.

Please note that if the deposit isn't paid within 24 hours of the booking, your date will no longer be saved and may be booked by someone else. 

Photographer(s) will not attend the day unless payment has been made in full.

Please ask if you would like to receive an invoice as proof of payment.

If you need to cancel your booking, please give me as much notice as possible. 

I will do my best to rearrange your shoot if this is something you would prefer.

If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of your shoot, the deposit is non refundable.

Weddings

If you wish to cancel my services for your wedding and:  

(Please find applicable option)

1.you have paid in full, and are cancelling 10 weeks prior to your date, then you will be entitled to a refund* 

2.have paid in full, but it is within the 10 week lead up to your date, you will be entitled to a 50% refund. 

3.it is within the 10 week lead up to your wedding date, and you haven't paid the full amount, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount you have paid (after the deposit).

*You will not receive the initial £100 deposit. This is non refundable.

Please note you will NOT receive any refund if you cancel within 2 weeks of your date or have provided me with the wrong information (date, venue, time, etc..)

If the shoot is cancelled by myself at anytime then you will be entitled to a full refund or will have the option to swap to an alternative date if applicable.

Unless this cancellation is due to circumstances out of my control. This can include but not limited to Sickness, Vehicle issues, technical faults, damaged equipment or traffic delays.
